How does the whole-home design process work?
Start with your preferred style, add your rooms and openings, choose fabrics, hardware and treatments, then enter your measurements. Submit the project for design review and our team will confirm the details before preparing your official quote.
Do I need exact measurements before I start?
You can explore styles and build your project first, but measurements are required before you submit for design review. We provide step-by-step guidance based on your selected hardware and mounting method.
Can I order fabric samples first?
Yes. We recommend ordering samples if you would like to see the color and texture in your own home before finalizing your project.
What happens after I submit my project?
No payment is required at submission. Our team reviews your selections and measurements, contacts you if anything needs clarification, and then prepares your official quote for approval.
How long does production and delivery take?
Regular production and delivery is typically 8–12 weeks. Expedited production and delivery is typically 4–6 weeks when available.
Do you offer installation?
Installation is available for eligible locations within our service area. If you are outside the installation area, your project can be prepared for self-installation.
Can I use my own curtain rods or tracks?
Yes. You can choose to use your own hardware. The configurator will adjust the measurement guidance based on the hardware and mounting method you select.
When do I pay?
You do not pay when you submit your design. After our team reviews the project, you will receive an official quote. Once you approve it, we will provide a secure Shopify payment link.
